Corn Salad is a type of leaf salad that requires maximum precision when cutting and harvesting. In fact, the cutting point is located between the collar which must remain intact by keeping the leaves united in a single body and the roots which must remain attached to the ground. The ortomec harvesters for Corn Salad (Herbex) guarantee maximum cutting precision (1/2 mm below the ground) thanks to the special system for controlling the height of the blade from the ground through electronic sensors.
